Hello Titans!  We are so excited that our parents and swimmers pulled together as a team to win Tuesday's first meet of the season.  This is all due to many amazing swims and swimmers who stepped up to swim new events that were out of their comfort zone. Thank you for being a team player!  Also, big congrats to Coach Maddie for successfully completing her first swim meet as a head coach - Well done to all of the coaching staff as this is no easy task!

It is very important that all swimmers are entered into the meet via the Swimtopia website every week by midnight on Friday.  This is the only way for us to know if your swimmer will be present at the meet.  Please declare "yes" or "no" for the home meet on June 5th by midnight, Friday (June 2nd). Coaches need to prepare the heat sheet over the weekend to have everything ready by Monday. This will ensure that all swimmers are entered in as many events as possible. Guppies do not need to declare.

Follow these steps to declare:

1. Visit our Swimtopia homepage: Swimtopia ECST

2. Click on the meet for June 5th in the Upcoming Events columns

3. Click both green tabs for meet entries and job sign-up to ensure your child is entered in the meet and claim your volunteer spot.  It is a home meet, so we will need more all hands on deck to run the meet!

This email is mainly a reminder to declare before the weekend.  We will send another email with many more details about the meet on or Before Monday (along with the swimmers' events).  Here is some basic info for frequently asked questions:

1. It is a home meet at ECST

2. Warm-ups begin at 5 pm. Arrive by 4:45 to set up your chairs and get organized. We sit on the far side away from the pavilion in the shade. 

3. We will have a table set up for questions about events and volunteer check-in

4. We will serve a full concession stand with pizza, hot dogs, drinks, candy, chips, baked goods, etc...  Venmo is the preferred form of payment, but we will also accept cash.
