Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! Please take note of our refund deadlines and fees for the 2026 season:
- Before May 8, 2026: You may cancel your membership and request a refund of your registration fees. Please note that a $25 cancellation fee will apply, and any payment processing fees incurred at the time of registration are non-refundable.
- After May 8, 2026: Registration is considered final. Due to league fees and seasonal planning, no refunds will be issued after this date.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a cancellation, please email the team coordinator directly. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
